    • A great re-cap of his previous "Awaken the Giant Within". (Note: the following notes are rather copious, but hopefully useful)1. "The key to success is movement, which creates: confidence, strength, flexibility, personal power, and fun. Stagnation comes from lack of movement. "Old" is not a matter of age, it’s a lack of movement and the ultimate lack of movement is death."2. "Make feeling good your expectation. You don’t have to have a reason to feel good you’re alive!"3. On FOCUS: - Whate [...]

    • This book is really helpful. It's more simple than the previous one. read it again. read it again and it will change our point of view! Thanks Robbin! I love it!

    • The first Anthony Robbins book I read was a copy of the original 'Awaken the Giant Within', and it left a sour taste in my mouth. It wasn't that the book lacked substance, or the ideas were skewed - for it actually held valuable information and tools which I believe even to this day can help just about anyone - it was him. I'm sure he's a great guy in real life. He seems so passionate and genuine in how much he wants to help people; however, what let the original book down, in my opinion, was hi [...]

    • I think anyone with an open mind who wants to change anything can benefit from reading Tony's work. If you can't gain anything from reading this book then you probably have issues with accepting any responsibility for your own life. This is one of the very best books I have ever read, second only to Tony's other book on which this is based and which goes in to more detail, Awaken the Giant Within. Unlimited Power is also an excellent book and choosing between the two is near impossible for me.Thi [...]

    • Yep, crazy as it is, I like this silly big guy. The book is alright (for free on his web). The main interest for me is how much of current cog-psychology of motivation he already anticipated in the 80ies. His language is completely outside my standard reading material, and there are quite a few points that are pushing it. Yet, I do like him even though I know he is only maybe 98.5% genuine.

    • A free ebook with a mishmash of Robbins' books. The intention is clear: to sell his products. I wouldn't mind that if the content weren't so confusing, especially after the first middle. The book extracts exist to "give a taste" of his books and seminars, so you leave the book wanting more His self-claimed urge to help people kind of sounds fake if everything comes with a tag price on it.

    • This is a pared-down version of Awaken the Giant Within, it covers much of the same material, but does so more quickly, leaving out a lot of the extras. It is a good introduction to Anthony Robbins ideas.

    • Ted Talks brought me here actually. And although this book presented some good ideas of self motivation and brain training, it had nothing new to offer and was a little bit boring at the end.

    • I genuinely like Tony Robbins. I follow him on Instagram, watch his speeches and I read his books - I fantasize about going to his pricey seminars and workshops. I once wanted to find a list of books that influenced him the most and the list counted thousands. He is the motivational speeches' Master and Commander. So I understand why I couldn't find a lot of details in his big book. Because he will talk a lot, and explain a lot, and NLP a lot, and discuss a lot, but he won't give you detailed te [...]

    • I have a huge amount of respect for Tony Robbins, he started out just the same as everyone else, but he took control of his life and the way he saw the world, and became massively successful because of it.This book tells you how to make the changes in your life that you want to make. If you've been trying to lose weight and haven't been able to keep it off, or if you want to quit smoking - whatever it is, there are techniques in here to help you.For me, the best idea he discusses is the idea of [...]

    • My biggest takeaways from this book:It is not enough to just dream. You have to make the decision to fulfill your dreams. By deciding to fulfill your dreams, you have to cut out the possibility of you failing or not succeeding. Plant this in your head: There simply is no scenario or possibility that I will fail to reach my goals and dreams. Then, you have to work constantly to achieving your dreams, and you do that by focusing on the things that really matter. Also, it is important to associate t [...]

    • You can find a summary of this book at brajadulal/2016/01I felt that this book would be useful to folks who have already read and understood Tony Robbin’s philosophy. Although there is nothing new that he prescribes, I felt he has a way of presenting that is powerful and unique. There were some quotes that I really liked in this book. The book is also filled with exercises that are easy and fun to do. However I am not quite impressed with the manner this particular book it structured. I felt i [...]

    • I'd give this maybe a 4.5. This was my first Tony Robbins book/product. Until now the only thing I had heard was a previous employer who talked about how fake he was and how he ripped off his customers. I figured he was basically a gym jock that just tried to always pump you up. But a simple check into his clientele and experience and life story paints a very different picture. After reading this introduction to his system I have become a big fan. I think he is completely legitimate and sincere. [...]

    • Grow stronger, smarter, more successful every day, this book provides tools you can utilize every day to benefit your life immensely. Ask better questions, be clear on your values and the person you want to be, take control of your emotional states, especially when lassitude sets in, contribute to others, most importantly improve every single day, and the results will follow :) Highly recommend this book, rich, but succinct vocabulary, great examples of the methods in action, truly inspiring man [...]

    • A condensed version of Awaken the Giant Within. Robbins gives some powerful tools and strategies for emotional mastery. An inquiry into your belief system, values, identity and how these shape who we are and what we do. Introspective, insightful and a powerful agent of change if you are willing to do the work.

    • it surely had a big impact on my life,i learned how to control my emotions, how to be positive,it was also an eye opened on my life's goals ,what do i relly wanatede before_me and after-me are magically incompatibe with eachother on the energy, mindset and determination level. just reading this book won't make you BILL GATES by the day after, but, it will be an ey-opened point in your life if you interact with each of its lessons and applied it on your daily life's all a matter of routine/habbits w [...]

    • What’s in it?What makes the difference in the quality of peoples’ lives? How to change your life? How to take control of your life? How to shape your life?Key take-outs1. You decide what you focus on, what things mean to you and what to do to create the results you desire2. Change can happen in an instant if we change our belief system3. To change our belief system we must associate pain with our past belief and pleasure with our new belief4. What we want in life really comes down to feeling [...]

    • (This book can be found for free on his website)It was a good read. I have deep respect for Tony Robbins but in my opinion he is a better public speaker. I mean, his charm, his NLP, his movements can't be captured in a book and I believe all of these are a big part of his success too. This book is like a rain forest, filled with beautiful insights and nuggets but if you don't know your way in the jungle, it can be overwhelming. Where to start? How to continue? He doesn't talk about that he simpl [...]

    • Tony Robbins delivers a no nonsense, practical guide to transform your life at the foundation. As with all of Tony's content, he makes complex concepts easy to understand and communicates it in a fun and enjoyable way.The book is an easy read that gives great insight into your own behaviour and the, often conflicting, system behind it. If you do the excersizes in the book you will encounter some major shifts for the better. Even if you don't, you will pick up some great knowledge on the construc [...]

    • Empowering It provided much needed clarity. Now i have to read the hardback book to gain much more insight. Thanks

    • Great book ! answers lots of questions I have been asking myself for years , why people do what they do? and why I do what I do ?

    • This book reminded me of "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill, it has similar concepts but this book is very short.

    • This man is just legendary, I have learned so much from him and his resources and my life has changed all the better for it! Highly recommend this book X

    • A quick read. The author gives a step by step process for making the change. Few pointers - * Become aware of consequences of your beliefs* Are your beliefs disempowering you ?* Figure your top 3 limiting beliefs ?* Your beliefs have the power to make or break you.* Know what you want and create a sense of urgency to achieve it* Do you have the unconscious fear of disappointment ? Get rid of it

    • I give this book 5 stars not because it's particularly original or well written, but because unlike many other self-help/self-improvement books it actually made me put into practice some of its advice immediately, while reading. And it worked. I feel better overall, more confident and in control of my reactions/emotions. Now the challenge is not to lose it over the next days/weeks

    • Tony Robbins is amazing. I'm just getting hip to him and this free-book was a great companion to the videos and Spotify audios. For those who can't stand his raspy voice (I happen to love it), the book is great in getting his points across. Almost everything he writes is a quotable. Really great at what he does and I walked away ready to take over the world.
