    • Title: Stone HeartAuthor: Sui LynnPublisher: Silver PublishingReviewed by: TanaGenre: m/m fantasy/paranormalISBN 13: 9781920502539Rating: 3.5. HeartsSui Lynn has written an m/m fantasy fantasy/paranormal novel, Sui writing is good and the story kept me interested as I really wanted to see what was going to happen at the end. It is well written, the characters are great, and I was only a bit disappointed in the story line as I wanted more in the ending. The sex scenes were fantastic and would rat [...]

    • One of my favorite books are about Gargoyles, those Stones creatures are perfect to me. I'm afraid this story wasn't what I expected and I was a little bit disappointed.Cullen and Justin relationship was base in just sex.The gorgeous Gargoyle came alive every night and they had plenty sex, afterwards Cullen would look after Justin when he sleptAs soon as day time comes, Cullen will be Stone for the rest of the day. What it disappoint me the most is, Cullen never became fully human, so the relatio [...]

    • I really liked this story about Justin, a guy who is on the run from a delusional stalker, and starts a gallery in and old church. When he finds out that the gargoyles there actually come alive after sunset, he is very happy. One in particular turns out to be a good friend, and in a classical tale about good guys versus bad, the adventure takes off at a run.Justin is an artist, and one who is open to the mystical around him. He is particularly drawn to the gargoyles on the old church, going so f [...]

    • I’ve read several books by Ms. Lynn and I’ve enjoyed them all. She has a very creative mind and her heroes are always likeable men.I haven’t read many books that feature a gargoyle as a main hero, so I was definitely interested in seeing how this book would pan out. I ended up really liking the imaginative spin Ms. Lynn gave these creatures and I found myself really interested in them and wondered how a human and a gargoyle would share a life together. The minute that Justin saw the old chu [...]

    • I was reading this when the author was originally publishing it chapter by chapter at another site. I'm glad I finally got to read the rest of the story and know more about Cullen and Justin! However, I felt that the writing was a bit elementary in style and the characters fell a bit flat. I really liked the set up to it all, but never got a feel for Justin and Cullen's relationship. Enjoyable, but not quite what I was hoping for. still, I enjoy this author and will keep looking forward to what [...]

    • The story was a bit bland and unreal. I like Gargoyle stories, but in this one, they were to undeveloped. And the fact that Cullen and Justin only saw each other true the night and only to have sex. Simple said, this storyline was to easy. The emotions were not felt or to abrupt and I couldn't connect with Cullen and Justin.

    • Once upon a time on a beautiful old churchere lived four gargoyles and their names were Draco, Snout, Cullen and Bob (stop laughing I didn't name the poor thing. Justin did). Now potentially Bob had some self esteem issues, ok I'm guessing here, but, really if you're a gargoyle named Bob is this a big stretch? I'm thinking not.All right that's enough about Bob. Stone Heart was a fun read, it was definitely different and it had a lot going on as well as our gargoyles, we have Justin who is the ow [...]

    • Oh my gosh, I can't believe I'm saying this but I thought this story was too long. Usually, I complain that a story is too short to really place a real plot but I have no such feelings about this book. I felt it dragged, as if the plot was being stretched out to the point of being painful. I ended up skimming a lot of this book in places. Which just makes me so sad! I LOVED Justin and Cullen. I love the idea and the settings of this book. A big part for me is I love stories about gargoyles. Why, [...]

    • It isn't often that I don't finish a book, in fact I always very much finish a book, but I just couldn't with this one. I stopped reading about 20percent in because I just couldn't read any more. The premise of the book was really interesting, with gargoyles coming to life at night and watching over there domain/the people that are in that place at the time. But am sorry, it didn't to me (this is just my opinion, other people might love this book) come across very well. It was not to my taste, th [...]

    • Scarce background for the characters and not enough world-building, perhaps even a little too simple considering some serious aspects of the novel but easy to enjoy. Very light. Romantic and sweet. Completely unrealistic but fun. HEA.

    • I was torn between giving this 2 or 3 stars. It is reaaaaallly fluffy and light despite dealing with some real issues. In the end I gave 3 because she does right a rather enjoyable story and I now know what to do if I get a stalker : )

    • it was a cute and fluffy read (even with the stalker). it's somehow the prequel of Adel's purr but in the present.
