    • I took a chance with this book and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! It had many twist and turns in the book, I was not sure what was next. The love story, drug lord, brotherly love, and trials mixed into one, I was not sure what character came next. I felt like Lilly, so confused, but so intrigued. So well worth the read. I plan to keep this book again and read it again and again.

    • Original review here: offbeatvagabond/2013/11/easters-lilly-blog-tour-interviewmlEaster's Lilly is an interesting read that follows a young woman's spiral into the mob world. Lilly is young and doesn't have a lot of life experience. She falls for a guy named Johnny that has quite the record. He is a drug dealer and quite possibly, a murderer. She has been warned to stay away from him from her father (who is a cop), that he is very dangerous. But her not listening has major repercussions. She is [...]

    • This is the first book I've read by Judy Serrano and the first book of the series. I'll admit itI can't wait to read the next one! At first I was a little unsure if I would actually like this one or not. It was a little sluggish and I couldn't stand Lilly (the heroine). However, once the action and drama heated up I was drawn like a moth to the flame. It was hard to walk away from. Judy Serrano has a way with words and she did a wonderful job making the action and gun play seem realistic. Unlike [...]

    • *I received this book from the Author via As You Wish Tours in exchange for an Honest Review*This was definitely an interesting book. A real good look at a cartel's structure, starting with the dirty cops and local drug deals and ending with the enforcers and the big guy who runs the show. Our story follows Lilly O'Hara a twenty-three year old, who in my opinion, had the mentality of a teenager. Lilly was seriously the most naiive person in the world. She lives at home with her parents, who treat [...]

    • Judy has masterfully written a love story full of so much passion, courage, strength, and oh, the excitement! Easter's Lilly is stuffed full of non-stop action and will leave you falling in love, yearning for more.Lilly has always done good by her parents. Always followed by the rules. Yet, when she meets bad boy Johnny and her father asks her to stay away she just can't. He has his reasons, and she has hers. Johnny is a drug dealer, yet he never brings them around her. She has no choice but to [...]

    • This story was fast paced and kept me up all night long! I cannot begin to explain how the author pulled me in, left me breathless and kept me wanting more. The cover art is fitting for the story. The title speaks for itself once you read the book. I couldn't put the book down after getting into the story and ended up loving the characters as the story played out.Not even her father, the chief of police, can keep Lilly away from Johnny Malone. One night of passion and Lilly finds her life has ta [...]

    • Easter's Lilly was anything except a boring read. Serrano does an amazing job at entertaining the reader as Lilly's story unfolds. The characters are also intriguing- and will keep you reading to see what's up with each of them. Also, the relationships in this book are, for the most part, very real- especially in regards to the 4 brothers that Lilly lives with and interacts with. From nearly killing one another, to desperately doing anything to save one another, these men embody the very essence [...]

    • I received this book for free in exchange for my honest opinion and review. I gave this book 4 stars and here is why:Easters Lilly was a great book with a great plot and concept, There were twists and turns around every corner and nothing was predictable or clichéd which is so hard to do in a romance novel. The characters were truly exceptional and being pushed into the grimy life of drug dealers and gangs was not something I expected but it was thoroughly enjoyable. The story is based on Lilly [...]

    • I was completely captivated by this book. Lilly is a young, naive girl who gets mixed up with some people she shouldn't. Johnny is a drug dealer and womanizer, but when he disappears, her life gets infinitely more complicated. She is quickly married by Diago, one of the top men in the Montiago drug ring and has complicated relationships with all four brothers in the family. Three of them love her, in their own way, one brother is her anchor, while another her husband and another her protector.wh [...]

    • Young Lily loses her innocence to Johnny, a smalltime drug dealer. She is warned by everyone, namely her father, to stay away from him. After she gets pregnant by Johnny and he supposedly gets killed in an automobile accident she’s all alone. The very handsome Diego, Johnny’s boss and a powerful drug lord, takes her in and marries her promising her he will take care of her and the baby. He has no interest in a real marriage with her for the first two years and has Max, his brother, be her bo [...]

    • I would like to start off my first saying I hate giving bad reviews because I believe every author goes through a lot to put themselves out there , that being said Easter's Lily was not what I would call a fabulous book. The idea of the story was good , Lily being a good girl the daughter of a cop , only to get into a relationship with a gangster. My problem with the book is everything happened to fast . Lily meets John, Lily sleeps with John, John gets Lily preggos, and then he dies , and Lily [...]

    • I started out reading this book and thought I had missed some pages. The relationship with Lilly and Johnny just seemed so quick. There was no build up to their relationship and it just seemed they jumped into it. I also didn't like Lilly at first because she just seemed so clingy and too easy going. She started to grow on me though and I feel in love with her and wanted to keep reading to see her story play out. I personally couldn't stand Deigo and all but feel in love with Max and Hector. Whi [...]

    • This book is a page turner that I couldn't put down!Easter's Lilly, where do I start? After seeing some great reviews, I followed a link to get this book for free. I was pleasantly surprised as I have never been inclined to read a romance, mobster type book. Once I started reading the book, I could not put it down. The characters are very intriguing from start to finish. Judy Serrano knows how to keep you wondering. The in depth detail about a crime family and their entanglement with the FBI was [...]

    • I loved this book from the very start. Lilly was naive to say the least!I was 100% gripped. To read the twists and turns and why Easter Sunday was such a predominant date in her life. The love triangle between two brothers, Living with them both in one house and giving into temptation. Not only was the book about the love life of Lilly, her naivity and the way it effects her mentally but it was about her life being married to the head of a drug organisation and the danger in which that kind of life [...]

    • After one party Lilly, she wakes up in bed to a complete stranger. He is Johnny. He explain to her that he rescued her from not to being seen by her father on that party, but her father although not saw her he knows. Lilly’s father is a cop. Johnny is drugs dealer, Lilly’s father and other people told her about him, but she don’t listen. She falls in love with Johnny.Johnny has bad accident and leaving Lilly pregnant and alone.Lilly is seems like good girl, educated and well-raised, but ab [...]

    • Easter's Lilly by Judy Serrano follows Lilly through an interesting life journey. An affair with a drug dealer leads her into a life of danger and darkness. She also finds love and in a twisted way, family. What I liked about this book is the concept. I think the idea for the story was really good and had great potential. I did like the characters in the book. They are pretty well written. Lilly is grows up a lot in the book and I had a lot of sympathy for her situation. What I didn't like about [...]

    • A drama of sorts that made me feel like I had turned on a soap opera. A tale of four brothers and the woman who got all tangled up in the family. With twists and turns, I had no idea where this book was going to end up. Dirty cops and drug dealers made the book interesting and full of violence. To be completely honest, I still don’t know where I stand on this book. It was a page turner and it ended with a great cliffhanger that had me wondering what would come next. But with all the sex, lies a [...]

    • I am so glad to be at the end of this book. The first 20% can only be described as shambolic. I had no idea what was going on. Things where flying in left, right and centre with no explanation or direction. It got marginally better after that but it was still really hard work to read. After a while, the story started to take interesting turns but it was so badly written it felt like there were constant blanks to be filled. The female lead 'Lily' was so annoying with her indecisive, girlie and wish [...]

    • I felt the beginning of the book was too rushed. It felt like the author had a story in her mind she just needed to get out quickly. After awhile it slowed down. When I say slowed down, I mean to a pace where its action packed and a page turner but it wasn't so fast you were left confused.Once it got to that part for meI couldn't put the book down. It was definitely a page turner. There are parts where I just wanted to slap Lilly silly to be honest. It was like really girl? What are you doing?I t [...]

    • I was lucky enough to find this for free at . Reading the synopsis, I decided to go ahead and give it a try. (I mean it was free). I'm so glad that I did. I read this book in one night. I loved all of the characters and found myself cheering for the least expected. I gave this book 4 stars only because I felt the beginning story line was rushed with Johnny. I didn't see how she fell in love with him so fast. Other than that, it was action pact, with drama and plenty of romance. I was just thankf [...]

    • I found Easter’s Lilly to be a compelling story between a young woman and three very bad boys. Lilly, the daughter of a local police chief, was a very naive 23 year old who fell for Johnny, a local druggie and dealer. Through a series of events she’s thrust into the dark violent world of a drug cartel. She experiences so many losses and hardships even though she’s materialistically got the world at her fingertips.I loved the twists and turns in the plot. It’s intricate and fast pace, nev [...]

    • Ehhh I don't really know what to say about this one. I was mostly disappointed in the main character Lilly. I just didn't like her at all. It's hard to get engrossed in a novel when you don't like one of the leads. I don't mind a damsel in distress that needs the knight in shinning armor to rescue her. However, when that damsel flip flops between the two 'heros' like they are two different deserts she can't choose between we have a problem. Overall I thought the story was excellent. The whole co [...]

    • 'Easter's Lilly' was a wonderful read. I enjoyed this book so much and can't wait until the next in the series. The author, Judy Serrano so expertly wrote of places and people, that I was immediately drawn into the story. Each chapter held something unexpected. I could not set this book down. This is a unique storyline, pitting romance against a high-ranking drug lord. I really loved the way the author developed the romance between Lilly and the man she falls in love with. Should all romances be [...]

    • I feel like is a bad joke. This is probably the worst book I've ever read. Homegirl meets a guy, washes his pants, goes for a walk and is in love. True deep passionate love. Right. Dad knows one sentence and he repeats it - over and over. Makes a ton of sense that guys brother would be like, "hey girl. My brother just died and I love you and I want to marry you." Because I know when I meet a stranger that's my first thought/reaction. I'm actually mad I paid $3.99 for this. I never would demand a [...]

    • This was a great story but could have been better as some parts felt rushed and others dragged on when they shouldn't have. I kept waiting for two of the brothers to want Lilly together I thought that what we're it was heading sometimes and then it went onto another storyline, interesting read but not fantastic.

    • Love, loved, loved this read. not much of a girl book reader or even a reader at all. Not only did the Montiago men want her, so did I. I was entranced in the story line and transported into one of the Montiago men. Yes It was MAX. Recommend the read hands down. Oh my gosh the love scenes were amazing. Ever feel like you were missing out. Not anymore. This is a must read.

    • I liked the book but I felt like the story was very very fast paced and scattered. At some points it was hard to keep up. I am still going to read the second one and hope for the best.
